Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please call your credit card number in and do not include it in an email.
Can you order cookies direct from your website?
Not at this time. Please either phone or email your order in.
How early do I need to place my order?
We need your order at least two weeks in advance, but would appreciate any advance notice, even if you don't know all of the details yet. If your event is closer than two weeks away, please call us ASAP so we can make every effort to accommodate your event on short notice.
Are your cookies homemade?
Yes, every cookie is made from scratch and decorated by hand just prior to your event date.
Is there a minimum order?
We ask for at least 6 decorated cookies for each order, except for when ordering a "Cookie Card". Because we have these on hand, we can accommodate it as a greeting card, photo card or anything else you wish. You can also stop in our bakery and pick up any specialized cookies we made fresh that day.
Can our order be shipped?
Yes, we can ship direct to any location. All cookies are shipped to protect from breakage, but we do include a couple of extra "just in case". You can also pick up your order in our store.
How many cookies are appropriate for a party tray?
If you are serving lunch or dinner we would recommend 2-3 cookies per person. For a dessert and coffee type event, we recommend 3-4 cookies per person. Remember our decorated cookies make a great take home treat!
Do you only make cakes and cookies or are other treats available?
From time to time, we have a special item that is not a typical cookie, but is not anything we make regularly. For other sweet treats such as cupcakes or muffins, please visit Cupcakes & More by Kristine located in our shop. If you have any request you do not see listed, please call us. We are more than happy to accommodate to please everyone's tastes.
Are you a nut free facility?
No. We use nuts in some of our specialty cookies which can be deleted from a particular cookie upon request.
